Terms of Service

You may use the service only through an account issued or approved for you. Keep your password and pass codes private, provide accurate account information, and do not use another person's identity, pass, ticket or staff access.

An application status or membership shown in the app records the club's current decision. Club heads may correct mistakes, apply their published requirements or capacity limits, close an application round, or remove a membership that was granted in error.

Unless a club head states otherwise, the app itself does not promise that a place in a club will be available.

Club head and administrator tools may be used only for club duties. They must not export, disclose, alter or delete student information outside those duties. Access may be suspended when a role ends or when misuse is suspected.

Do not bypass access controls, automate abusive requests, tamper with club or application records, upload harmful material, reverse engineer security controls, or use the service unlawfully.

Club pages stay readable from a copy on your device when you are offline, but anything you send needs a connection. We work to keep the service available and cannot promise uninterrupted access on every network or device.

We may restrict an account to protect students, club records or the service, or when these terms are breached. You may delete your account from Profile. See account deletion for the exact process.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is used, retained and deleted.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be published here with a new effective date. Questions may be sent through the contact page.
