Include this in your message

• Your full name and the club or school you belong to
• The email address on your account
• What you were doing and what happened instead
• The club involved, if your question is about an application or a membership

Response times

Ordinary requests are answered within two working days. For anything about a single club, its head is the fastest route. They can fix memberships and application decisions themselves.
