What we collect
Your name, school ID, grade, email address and optional phone number, plus the answers you give in a club application and the clubs you belong to.
Why we use it
To create your account, show your membership card, let club heads review your applications and keep club rosters accurate. Club heads and the school administrator use the same information to run their clubs.
Offline data on your device
The app keeps a copy of the public club directory on your device so club pages still open without a connection. Nothing private is stored there.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Your information is visible to the heads of the clubs you apply to, the school administrator, and our hosting and database provider purely to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
Your account and profile stay until you delete them. You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account. Anonymised counts, such as how many students applied to a club in a given round, may remain so club records stay accurate; they no longer identify you.
Security
Access is protected by your password and enforced by server-side permission checks and row-level database rules, so people only see the data their role allows.
Children
The service is used by school students under staff supervision. Accounts are created or approved by school staff.
