Delete your account
You can delete your Mastermind Clubs account yourself, from the app or the website. It takes a few seconds and cannot be undone.
- 1Sign in to Mastermind Clubs (app or mastermind-clubs.xylorastudios.com).
- 2Open Profile from the menu.
- 3Scroll to Delete account.
- 4Tap Delete account, then confirm. You will be signed out immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in, password and email
- Your profile: name, school ID, grade, phone
- Your roles, club memberships and membership card
What may be kept
Anonymised club records, such as how many students applied in an application round. These no longer identify you and exist so club totals stay correct.
Can't sign in?
Write to us from the contact page, using the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We remove it within 30 days.
